Property Concierge:

Preparing your home for your next visit; includes coordinating transportation to and from your home, grocery and personal care shopping by request, arranging housekeeping and any other required maintenance or repairs before and after your visit; arranging laundry/dry cleaning service during your visit, rental car reservation by request and pre and post inspection of your home.

$195.00 and a 20% admin fee for all requested purchases.

Vacancy Management:

Includes helping you contract necessary vendors such as housekeeping, plant care, carpet cleaning, maintenance & repairs, supervising contractor services, payment of service providers, monthly inspection of your home, mail and newspaper collection, 24/7 emergency response service.

$100.00 monthly and a 20% admin fee for all requested purchases.

Specialty Concierge:

Owners may utilize our personal property concierge service “ala carte” for direct purchases for your home, such as groceries or personal care items and floral arrangements – any service not directly provided by your associations concierge.

Hourly rate of $45.00 and a 20% admin fee for all requested purchases.
