All changes of title are processed through our Escrow department and we act as the authorized representative of your Association to provide mandatory documents and disclosures to potential purchasers, lenders, sales agents, appraisers and escrow officers.

Once a change of title has successfully closed on a property, our Escrow Department welcomes community members to their new association by providing a Welcome Package. These packages not only welcome the new member to the community, but also provide additional and timely information about their new community.
