Our full service management contract provides you with a customized level of service and support that is defined in your management contract. Base management fees are billed monthly along actual incurred costs for printing, mailing and special projects. You asked for it. You got it! We are excited to announce our all inclusive contract to those communities who want to know exactly what they will be invoiced each month. We work with our Board's to custom design your management service package, and include extra services for special mailings, meetings and upcoming special projects. We then estimate your annual printing and mailing costs, based upon annual legal requirements, and your standard operating procedures. We then evenly distribute these costs over a one year period of time so that you know exactly what you are receiving and what you are paying each and every month. No fluctuations and no surprises!
The perfect solution in support for self-managed communities, or for smaller communities with active committee and Board's. Our financial only services program provides monthly Assessment Billing, AP, AR, Financial Accounting, Collections and Escrow Services, all through our automated systems. Our program is designed to ensure that you meet your annual financial obligations and we work with your Reserve Study Analyst for your reserve study and/or annual update and disclosure package, will assist with your budget, coordinate with your independent CPA for your annual review and taxes, and ensure the required documents and information are delivered in accordance with State laws, codes and standards.
Perfect for smaller communities, communities in receivership or for those associations with active Board and Committee participants who are willing to step in and assume some of the administrative or operational tasks in order to offset costs. Our Prescott Lite menu of services can be customized to meet your individual needs so that you only pay for the services you want or need. Basic service starts with "financial only" management that ensures you meet your annual governing document and State mandated requirements through a customized, yet scaled down management program that will ensure your community is properly managed and maintained for years to come.

Our company is dedicated to providing you with excellent service, beginning with a dedicated Customer Service Department that is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. as well as 24/7 on-line support and information. Our emergency after hours and holiday hotline is staffed by a Certified Community Manager who will personally take your call and address issues that may result in imminent threat to safety or common areas. Each of our communities enjoy their own web-site with information and access specific to your community.
